Elaine is a painter and Christopher is a sculptor, they are also partners and critics to each other. Their work has been widely exhibited but this is the first time they have shown at Badcock’s. Many will be familiar with Elaine’s paintings of Cornish seascapes and still life’s, which evocatively conjure up lazy afternoons by the seaside. Christopher’s human and animal bronzes are always full of strength, sometimes cheeky and comical, they are a wonderful reflection of his inventive imagination; this promises to be a delightful summer show! |
