Another Mumford success

Due to an early Easter our first show of the season got off to a slow start, proving the theory that the art world in Cornwall is hugely dictated to by the arrival of the seasonal visitor. It was however the busiest private view that Badcocks has hosted.
When the sun came out it bought with it more people, the result being a near sell-out exhibition for Alice; proving to be immensely popular with the collector once again.

As we represent Alice in Cornwall if you are a local collector or you are visiting the area and are interested in purchasing a Mumford arrangements can be made to view recent work.
Geoffrey Bickley’s birds received a huge amount of attention with 38 pieces sold, the flock of sparrows alighting in the gallery for mere moments!! As a result of the exhibition Geoff has been approached by many more galleries and will be kept busy working to commissions. If you are interested in commissioning work by Geoffrey please contact the gallery and we will put you in touch.
