Geoffrey was born in Exmouth Devon in 1947 and moved to Cornwall in 1969 and worked as diver and fisherman for 13 years. In 1970 he joined the Lighthouse Service. He started carving in 1993 and is entirely self-taught.

This exhibition is a culmination of some of the birds tht I have seen during the last winter. Its beena good stormy winter and I have been able to gather some interesting pieces of wood from the coves.
